V10 AF - 'Almost Finished' V Groove Panels

'Almost Finished' pre-primed V10 (100mm) Groove MDF Panels are pre-primed with UV paint (2 coats on the front face and one on the back), helping improve moisture protection for the panel versus untreated and water based primed panels. 

• Grooves spaced at 100mm
• 9mm and 12mm thick panel options available

While a final coat of paint is recommended, depending on circumstances, in some cases the UV primed panels can be left as finished.

All Plankwall grooved panels feature interlocking "tongue and groove" sides for seamless panel joins.

Plankwall grooved panels are machined using blades. Unlike the traditional use of rotating routers, the blades press the grain down when machining which enable a smooth finish to the grooves instead of raising and roughing the grain. As a result, our grooved panels provide a higher-quality, smoother look & feel when finished.

Product Details:

Plankwall Grooved MDF Panels are for interior use only to line walls and ceilings.

Plankwall exclusively use Nelson Pine Golden edge Standard E0 panels. Use of their PanelBrace system appraisal. Can be used as part of the bracing structure under Branz appraisal 779 so long as installed as per NPIL specifications and Installation Guidelines. This now includes the use of gunned finish nails or Staples which speeds up installation and reduces the amount and size of filling required to finish.
