Grooved Building Panels

Plankwall’s locally-made, sustainably-sourced range of grooved MDF panels are perfect for creating feature looks for interior walls and ceilings. Choose from modern V to classic W grooves, as well as our 'Plain Faced' un-grooved panels.  

Plankwall grooved MDF panels are made exclusively from sustainably-grown, E0 rated Nelson pine. Our use of proprietary saw-based grooving machinery offers a smoother grooves finish than other comparable products, and tongue & groove edging makes for easy installation and a seamless look. 

In our quest to ensure the smoothest looking finish for customers (and cut down on installation time and costs), we have also developed a range of pre-primed 'Almost Finished' panels - unique in the market for our use of UV coating - 2 coats on the front and one on the back, providing better looking (and wearing), faster to install interior panel options.
