V15 - V Groove Panels 150mm

 Plankwall's MDF V Groove Panels create feature panelling with standout appeal for internal walls or ceiling linings, with the added assurance of wall bracing system applicability where required.

The panels are sourced exclusively from Nelson Pine and are available in 9mm or 12mm thickness (16mm and 18mm available for cabinetry requirements as custom orders) and a range of lengths. The V15 grooves are spaced 150mm wide. The panels' feature interlocking "tongue and groove" sides for seamless panel joins.

Both Plankwall's V and W groove panels are machined using blades. The blades importantly press grain down when machining making the groove nice and smooth and not raising and roughing the grain by a rotating router 

Technical and Sustainability

Plankwall's 9mm V Groove panels exclusively use Nelson Pine GoldenEdge Standard E0 panels. The panels are suitable for GoldenEdge® MDF Panelbrace™ Wall Bracing Systems and can be used as part of the bracing structure (under Branz appraisal 779) when installed as per NPIL specifications and Installation Guidelines - which now include the option of using gunned finish nails or staples to speed up installation and reduce the amount and size of filling required to finish.
