Split Rail Panel Hanging System

The Stickman® Split Rail Panel Hanging System is a concealed aluminium cleat system designed for securely mounting wall panels, cabinetry, mirrors and large artworks with a clean, professional finish, even working well on uneven walls.  

The interlocking rail design provides strong hidden support and precise panel alignment, making it ideal for shopfitters, joiners and installers working with retail displays, architectural panels and custom joinery.

  • SRAIL clearance to wall: 2.7mm
  • SRAILMT clearance to wall: 4.2mm
  • Split Rail Clip: 50mm H × 50mm W
  • Rail + clip locked height: 70mm

Length

  • Supplied in 2.44m lengths
  • Can be cut to size (additional cost)

Options:

  • Use Split Rail for flat, smooth walls and when a closer fit to walls is required. 
  • Use Split Rail MT (More Tolerance) for when greater tolerance to walls is needed (for older buildings or uneven walls). For truly uneven walls, pad Split Rail MT with a washer and screw through both as required.
  • Use Split Rail Clips with Split Rail for attaching smaller panels and artworks
