Router Cutters - Stickman Profiles

Router Cutters – Stickman® Profiles used to machine MDF, melamine and other wood composite panels when preparing boards for Stickman aluminium profiles.

These router cutters are designed for mitring panel corners, grooving panels for Stickman leg inserts and machining slatwall grooves.

Complete Machine Router Bit for mitering and slotting panels for Stickman corner profiles: MC18, MCS18, MC16, MCS16, MC12, MC90, MCS90, MC18X, MC18LP, MCLNCORN & MC135.

MCEDCUT:

Router (and CNC) bit for prepping panels for MCED and MCSED edging profiles.

• Shank: straight cut 12.7 mm (1/ 2”) d x 40 mm (15/ 8”) L. Cutter: 25 mm d (1” )

TCUT-TCT:

Router Bit T Cutter for grooving Plankwall and other slatwall grooves in 18mm panels. 

• Tungsten Tipped
• 25.25 x 8.75mm Groove
• 1/2" (12.7mm) Shank

MCHDC: 

Heavy Duty 51mm (2") Groove Cutter. To prepare panels by grooving slots for Stickman 'arms' (or 'Fir Trees') for corner, capping and butt join profiles. Fits both machine routers and CNC machines. 

MC95UC:

9.5 Upcut tool to prepare panels for Stickman Corner Profiles. Use in conjunction with MCV and MCHDC. Fits both machine routers and CNC machines. 

• 9.5mm Ø x B25/L76mm x 3/8" (9.5) Shank.
