Plankwall uses proprietary saw-based grooving machinery for a consistent, smooth surface finish to the grooves, ensuring ease of installation, reduced finishing time and a high-quality premium finish.

- Sustainably produced, Super E0 rated GoldenEdge MDF panels from Nelson Pine
- V10 grooves: spaced at 100mm, 3mm deep
- Thickness: 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm
- Width: 1200mm
- Length: 2440mm, 2745mm, and 3660mm (16mm & 18mm: 2400mm only)
- Tongue & Groove edging on length of panels

Technical and Sustainability:
The panels are suitable for GoldenEdge® MDF Panelbrace™ Wall Bracing Systems and can be used as part of the bracing structure (under Branz appraisal 779) when installed as per NPIL specifications and Installation Guidelines - which now include the option of using gunned finish nails or staples to speed up installation and reduce the amount and size of filling required to finish.
