V10 - V Groove Panels 100mm

Plankwall's MDF V Groove Panels create feature panelling with standout appeal for internal walls or ceiling linings, with the added assurance of wall bracing system applicability where required.

The V Groove panels are sourced exclusively from Nelson Pine and are available in 9mm or 12mm thickness (16mm and 18mm available for cabinetry requirements as custom orders) and a range of lengths. The V10 grooves are spaced 100mm wide. The panels' feature interlocking "tongue and groove" sides for seamless panel joins.

Both Plankwall's V and W groove panels are machined using blades. The blades importantly press grain down when machining making the groove nice and smooth and not raising and roughing the grain by a rotating router 

Technical and Sustainability

Plankwall's V Groove panels exclusively use Nelson Pine GoldenEdge Standard E0 panels. The panels are suitable for GoldenEdge® MDF Panelbrace™ Wall Bracing Systems and can be used as part of the bracing structure (under Branz appraisal 779) when installed as per NPIL specifications and Installation Guidelines - which now include the option of using gunned finish nails or staples to speed up installation and reduce the amount and size of filling required to finish.
